Accounts and Responsibilities

• Keep credentials secure and promptly report suspected compromise.
• Provide accurate information when creating accounts or requesting services.

Beta Tools, Prototypes, and Availability

Some websites, applications, dashboards, APIs, mobile tools, AI systems, and prototypes may be experimental, changing, delayed, interrupted, or discontinued. Availability, features, data retention, model behavior, and integrations may change over time.

Intellectual Property

The ecosystem, site design, software, documentation, workflows, names, marks, and platform concepts remain owned by their respective owners. Client materials remain subject to the applicable client agreement. Feedback may be used to improve services unless separately restricted in writing.

Payments and Client Work

Paid services, retainers, subscriptions, implementation work, consulting, or custom development are governed by the applicable order form, invoice, statement of work, or written contract. Refunds, taxes, late payments, and deliverables should be addressed in those documents.

Disclaimers, Liability, and Termination

Services are provided as available unless a written agreement says otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited and indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages are excluded.

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, security concerns, or violation of policy.
