Starting Point, Not a Generic Agreement
This page is an information resource and starting point. It is not a generic one-size-fits-all Business Associate Agreement and should not be treated as a downloadable agreement that can be signed and relied upon without review.
Audia Systems LLC, DBA Bailey Enterprises provides a diverse range of services, technologies, research activities, consulting engagements, software platforms, prototypes, APIs, infrastructure services, and data-processing workflows. Every client engagement is different.
Tailored BAA Development
Because every client relationship, technical implementation, and regulatory obligation is unique, Business Associate Agreements are typically developed or modified to reflect the specific services, data flows, security requirements, compliance obligations, and operational responsibilities associated with a particular engagement.
Audia Systems LLC maintains Business Associate Agreement templates for eligible healthcare, research, clinical, and covered-entity clients. Depending on the nature of the services being provided, additional provisions, security requirements, data-processing terms, or project-specific obligations may be incorporated into the final agreement.
Scope and Variables
HIPAA, privacy, security, retention, access-control, and data-processing obligations may vary based on the services being provided, the data types involved, the technical architecture, applicable regulatory requirements, project-specific workflows, and the operational responsibilities assigned to each party.
Before PHI Is Exchanged
Organizations seeking a Business Associate Agreement are encouraged to contact Audia Systems LLC before transmitting, storing, processing, or granting access to Protected Health Information (PHI) so that an agreement appropriate to the engagement can be prepared.
Do not submit PHI, clinical records, emergency information, or HIPAA-regulated data through general websites, general forms, prototypes, dashboards, or support channels unless a written agreement and appropriate workflow are in place. This page does not itself create a BAA or claim universal HIPAA compliance.
Request Process
To discuss a Business Associate Agreement tailored to your organization, workflow, compliance requirements, or project scope, please contact Audia Systems LLC prior to onboarding or exchanging regulated information.
The request should identify the covered entity/business associate relationship, workflow, data categories, systems involved, expected access, retention, security requirements, regulatory constraints, and any project-specific obligations.
Contact, support, privacy, accessibility, security, DPA, and BAA requests are routed through [email protected]. Do not include passwords, payment details, PHI, emergency information, or highly sensitive regulated data in general email unless a secure workflow has been established.
