Commitment
The ecosystem intends to work toward WCAG-aligned accessibility across public websites, dashboards, applications, forms, prototypes, and documentation where practical. Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time claim of perfect compliance.
Feedback and Remediation
If you experience an accessibility barrier, use the Contact or Support page with the page URL, device/browser, assistive technology if applicable, and a description of the issue. Reasonable remediation efforts will be prioritized based on severity, impact, feasibility, and available resources.
Contact, support, privacy, accessibility, security, DPA, and BAA requests are routed through [email protected]. Do not include passwords, payment details, PHI, emergency information, or highly sensitive regulated data in general email unless a secure workflow has been established.
Known Limitations
Some prototypes, embedded third-party tools, historical content, PDFs, dashboards, or experimental interfaces may need additional remediation. The goal is to improve over time without overclaiming perfect accessibility.
