Purpose
This general DPA page describes expected data-processing terms where Audia Systems LLC, DBA Bailey Enterprises, processes data on behalf of clients through websites, applications, dashboards, APIs, automations, prototypes, integrations, or managed services.
Roles
Depending on the workflow and jurisdiction, the client may act as controller/business/customer and Audia Systems LLC may act as processor/service provider/vendor for data processed under client instructions. Some ecosystem data may be processed as an independent controller/operator for security, billing, communications, and service administration.
Processing, Subprocessors, and Safeguards
Processing is limited to providing, securing, maintaining, improving, and supporting the applicable services and any written instructions or contract terms. Subprocessors may include hosting, infrastructure, communications, analytics, security, and support providers. Safeguards are applied based on the nature of the data and service.
Deletion, Export, and Jurisdiction Terms
Clients may request export, deletion, correction, restriction, or return of data subject to identity verification, contract terms, legal obligations, backups, security logs, and operational constraints.

Engagement-specific contracts, statements of work, BAAs, DPAs, or order forms control where they provide different notice, venue, governing-law, or service-level terms.
